Title:  Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work for individuals with disabilities who live in their own apartment.  They help the person to be as independent as possible while giving the necessary support.  The DSPs provide help with daily living skills as needed, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal hygiene.  They also take the person out in the community to teach shopping skills, social skills, money skills and more.

We are looking for people who:

• Enjoy individuals of all levels of understanding
• Are highly dependable with high integrity
• Have a high level of compassion
• Are able to work independently
• Are available to work a flexible schedule
• Are able to make decisions independently 
• Are willing to participate in the necessary training

To qualify applicants need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a reliable vehicle
• Have a valid drivers license
• Meet the requirements of
  • Criminal background check
  • Driver's license check
  • Three references
  • Drug Screen
  • TB Screen
